Yeah, we haven't had any problems and I really like the fact that, you know, there's the app and if a customer calls and wants to know a price, and I'm not here at the store, then I can just pull it up on my phone.

Pretty simple, pretty user friendly. It's nice that you could type in like concrete or quick creek and like all your options come up and then you can just pick it versus knowing like SKU. And it shows you a picture of most of the stuff.

It is one of the easiest POS systems I've ever dealt with. It is very user friendly.

We can send out an invoice via email and they can pay it from their cell phone. And that has really helped... we have the ability to collect our money almost immediately and that to me is one of the big things that we really like. It's helping us keep all of our accounts up to date. We don't have any past due issues.

Anybody who wants to call me about Rundoo—feel free, because your customer service is fantastic.

Our sales guy is blown away that we could scan stuff on our phones and it goes into a shopping cart—you don't have to walk around with a monitor and a push cart and a laptop and a scan gun.

I know this: I would not want to be in Paladin or Epicor's shoes with this type of a product coming down the pipe at them.

I do love the AI. I do love that it's online. I really do love that.

To be able to talk to somebody right away, even the AI thing kind of helps out. It's so badass. I love it.

No doubt about it. They've been, they've been fantastic to work with.

This one seemed to be the most user friendly actually. And I still stand by that.

Sometimes I like to surprise people — I'll know what product they got last time, look it up, and say 'Hey Jerry' before they tell me their name. It's more personal. People think that you remember them.

We're all very excited about the prospect. I don't think that's waned. It's only grown. I love the idea — our inventory person, she would absolutely love it.

I love the AI internet integration part — being able to say, hey, this is what I'm thinking, what can you do, without having to call Epicor or read through all the education files. I'm excited from all the things that you showed me that the AI can do, especially when it comes to setting up our files.

I think it's great. I really like that you can see the different stores. I think it takes out a lot of room for error that we currently have.

Our mom would love that portion because she stays home more often than not. When she needs to see something or look up a transaction or if she just wants to pop in and look at things, she will love that she can do that. I wanted to tell you how to win her over because I really like this.

I wouldn't have even considered looking into anything else because we are happy with our current sales system. I really liked that you could share data between stores and see their other stores' inventory, and some of the other features that Rundoo has.

When it comes to the Rundoo issues, we're not going to have any of them. We already know that.

Yeah, we love the system. It's so much easier to find stuff when customers can't remember what they got from the previous week.

I will always shout Rundoo from the rooftops — we'll do that here every day. We'll do that to anybody we talked with. We have stores calling us that are prospects about thinking about switching to Rundoo and everybody's like, 'tell us the truth.' And I'm like it's amazing.

Anytime we have a problem, I get to reach out to one of these guys and it's like they figure it out while I'm on the phone with them — and it's amazing to watch. They've answered everything. We've emailed them a thousand times and they always respond quickly.

I really love the AI part — 'this is what I'm trying to do and how can I do it?' And then it even fixed a couple of the double entries where we double-entered Milwaukee items and it deactivated the wrong one for us, and it helped a lot in that.

You guys don't realize what this thing can do if you just plug in the information, if you just ask it a question — I've already done that in several different instances and it's pretty amazing at the results that I get back.

I'm definitely very impressed on the progress.

I've met with so many people. I'm highlighting a lot of really good stuff that you do that others haven't even shown me—which I'm very impressed with.

We're already loving it, and the guys up front—they absolutely love it.

When I hear Eric from Martin Hardware say it's amazing… unofficially, I'm recommending Rundoo.

I really appreciate how you broke everything down. It was actually awesome. And I love the way you guys do that online so you can see the program, see it in action — that's so nice.

When you were showing me Rundoo, that was one of the things that I immediately noticed — that you can get to what it is that you need to very quickly. And I thought that was very cool.

It makes perfect sense. I love the feature. I just wanted to make sure we didn't lose both people being assigned to it.

One of the things I really liked on your system is that Rundoo differentiates between receiving and actually booking it into QuickBooks.

I really liked it that we can specify on certain accounts — like that would be really handy to have if a PO is required, it has to be filled in. So.

For the, for the counter and then we can hand punch our stuff in is frickin' awesome. So much better than what it was before. But I'll tell you what? Everybody should do it. It was just frickin' amazing.

We're really liking it. We're liking it more and more every day... just the ease of it is so much better. We came from Eagle, and that was so cumbersome and old fashioned. So this was a lot better.

The big thing, the search engine is so much better. Your algorithm is more like Google — if I come close, it's going to start popping up.

I really think that this is going to be a huge tool for us. I'm super excited.

Tony and I have been using Rundoo extensively for our weekly sales meetings, and the AI-generated reports have become one of the most valuable tools in helping us manage the business.

Every time I use the help, someone's right there. So it's no biggie. I love it. ...I would recommend it, you know, right up there 9/10.

This has been a very easy transition and everything's been going super good. Our old point-of-sale support sucked really bad. So this has been great.

I really love the search feature for our customers and for sales items.

I know they're movable and I love it. They're movable because I use the tables all the time and move things around and hide them.

it sounds like it's going to be very simple with rundoo to print our own labels which is fantastic.

I've always just sort of been impressed by like the design of the product because it doesn't feel like ERP database hell. So it's definitely got that modern look and feel and the whole web element helps as well.

I get great feedback from them, like they love the convenience of being able to pay their bill on the app. Five stars from there. They like that.

We love it. It works really well. Before we had Rundoo, we were just on a handwritten ticket system and this is a difference. Our productivity and efficiency has gone through the roof.

Customers can get in and out of here that much faster. We've had a lot of compliments about that.
