Who is eligible to participate?
Any active sales representative of an authorized distribution partner is eligible. If you've ever sat through a Rundoo presentation or are currently earning SPIFs through your distributor, you're almost certainly in. Not sure? Reach out to Ike at partners@rundoo.ai and he'll sort it out.
What counts as a "qualified meeting"?
A qualified meeting is a completed live demo or discovery call between a referred store and Rundoo's team. The store must be a new prospect, not already in our active pipeline or an existing Rundoo customer.
What if my store has already been in contact with Rundoo?
We handle these on a case-by-case basis, and we'll always try to lean in your favor. General rule of thumb: if a store is currently in a sales cycle with us, or was in the last three months, they likely won't qualify. But if the contact was further back and you think they're due for another look, submit it anyway. Past conversations don't automatically disqualify a referral.
When do I get paid?
Gift cards are issued within 5 business days of a qualifying event. We'll reach out directly when it hits.
Can I refer more than one store?
Absolutely, and you should. Entries stack with no cap. The math gets fun fast.
What if two reps refer the same store?
The first valid referral submitted gets the credit. Duplicate submissions for the same store will be disqualified, so don't sit on a warm lead.
How is the winner drawn?
On July 3, 2026, we'll run a randomized draw weighted by raffle entries. More entries means more chances to win. The draw will be recorded and shared with everyone.
Terms & Conditions
- Trip must be redeemed by December 31, 2026
- Travel must be booked a minimum of 45–60 days in advance
- Blackout dates: Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
- Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
- Winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the $5,000 cap
- Must be a sales representative of an eligible distributor and/or Rundoo partner
- Rundoo reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or duplicate referrals
- Rundoo reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time
